Important Dates & Deadlines

You may request to be excluded from the Settlement and, if you do, you will receive no benefits from the Settlement. For more information on how to exclude yourself, please refer to Frequently Asked Question 10.

Write to the Court if you do not like the Settlement. If you wish to object, you must file your objection with the Court (using the Court’s electronic filing system or in any manner in which the Court accepts filings) by September 10, 2024, and also mail the objection to Class Counsel and Counsel for Defendant, postmarked no later than  September 10, 2024. The address for Class Counsel is provided under Frequently Asked Question 14.  Counsel for Defendant is John Ruskusky, Nixon Peabody, LLP, 70 W. Madison, Suite 5200, Chicago, IL 60602.
